ABOUT BB INTERNATIONAL LEISURE AND RESORT DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
The investors of BB International Leisure and Resort Development Corporation (BBI) have always adored the Philippines for its natural beauty and its hospitable and friendly people. They saw the country as an ideal place for real estate investment given its strategic location, highly educated and skilled workforce, expansive infrastructure projects, exponential economic growth and its booming travel and tourism industry.
Among the many vibrant places in the country, BBI particularly saw the vast potential of Clark, Pampanga as one of the best real estate investment locations in the Philippines. It has easy access to the Clark International Airport and major expressways linked to Metro Manila and various parts of Luzon. It is also at the center of the government’s flagship infrastructure development program that would provide both business and employment opportunities.
The tremendous possibilities offered by Clark encouraged BBI to invest in the Freeport zone by leasing over the long-term more than 120 hectares of premium land. It is BBI’s vision to develop landmark attractions in the area that will draw more visitors to Clark and buoy up real property investments in the area.
The company has so far invested in three major projects that have attracted thousands of local and foreign travelers and tourists:

· The technologically advanced Midori Casino which offers well-designed private gaming rooms, full RFID Tables, the best mix of electronic gaming machines and a modern casino system. Catering to casino guests for their F&B cravings are the Mist Bar restaurant which serves affordable and delicious local and Taiwanese cuisines, and the spacious outdoor Creekside Bar restaurant which offers premium access to casino members who wish to enjoy good food and the best live entertainment nightly.
· The most modern and 10-hectare water theme park known as the Aqua Planet which offers 38 thrilling extreme slides, a gigantic wave pool and other fun-filled water activities for the whole family.
But the company’s biggest and most exciting project yet is the Midori Highlands, which when completed, will be an expansive and exclusive township development that will adopt the “live-work-play” concept in more than a hundred hectares of premium land inside Clark. The Midori Highlands will beautifully blend urban living within a rustic setting, and will be developed as an enclave that integrates well-curated community, home, office and leisure spaces with nature as perfect backdrop.
