THE MIDORI HIGHLANDS PROJECT

BBI's Township Development Venture

The Midori Highlands will use the “live-work-play” concept that has recently characterized areas of urban living, with a twist. It will seamlessly blend urban living in a rural setting, an enclave that integrates well-curated community, home, office and leisure spaces with nature as perfect backdrop.

It is going to be one of the safest and most vibrant gated communities in the North, with its overall design inspired by nature and contemporary art. The sprawling property, when fully developed, will cover more than 100 hectares of land inside Clark, approximately 5.5 kilometers away from the Clark International Airport. It is bounded by two golf courses (Clark Sunvalley Golf Country Club and FA Korea Golf Country Club), Clark Safari and Adventure Park, Aqua Planet, and the long stretch of the Sacobia River.

THE MIDORI HIGHLANDS PHASE 1

Midori Highland’s Phase 1 will rise on a 24-hectare prime land. It is going to be the ultimate enclave for urban living sans the effluence that usually comes with city life. The plan is to develop a cutting-edge mixed-use property in the midst of an idyllic backdrop of lush greens with a panoramic view of Mother Nature. With its elevation of 240 meters above sea level, the Midori Highlands will provide its visitors and residents a breezy, unpolluted and refreshing environment.
